Printing 7 Day Aging Statements from SR2

Did you know you can print 7 Day Aging Statements from SR2Food?

You have the ability to print 7 day aging statements from SR2Food® using data from QuickBooks®.

Choose the Customer Folder, then choose Customer Statements.

Statement Date: This is the date the system will use to calculate the Aging on the statement. This date will also print on your statements.

Reset Range Button: Click on this Button to reset From Customer and To Customer Range.

From Customer and To Customer: Enter in one customer or a range of customers.

Preview: Check this box to view the statements on the screen before they are printed.

These next field is important for the accuracy of  statement aging and current activity printed on statements.

Last Update: This field will display the last date and time the SR2 Server imported information from QuickBooks®.

Refresh Button: Click on the Refresh Button if the Last Update Date and Time is not current.

Click on the Print Statements Button.

Your statements will print out with 7 Day Aging!

New subsystems

• Open AR subsystem; so Customer's Open Accounts Receivable can be viewed inside SR2Food. Credit Warning screen will also show the Open AR if customer is over their credit limit.

Fixes

• Fixed issue with Customer Item Comments coming into Sales Order and user not being able to modify without first highlighting remarks.
• Fixed Export in Master Pricelist program. Cost Column was not going into Excel.
• Fixed problem with Lot Control in Sales Order Entry related to Items setup as CS,LB,CS.
• Fixed lot committed screen so broken items calculate the available correctly.

Enhancements

• Added pop-up calendar to all date fields in the software.
• Created new report that lists Customers last purchase date.
• In Barcode module we added the ability to setup an Item's Barcode by simply scanning the product Bar Code.
• Created a new Inventory report to show dead inventory. This new Dead Inventory report is located on the item menu.
• Added a company setup switch that gives the user the ability to select whether they want valid invoices to flow to QB when an Invoice Register is run or to stop the process if there are errors. An Exception report will print if you decide to let them flow to QB even if you have Invoices with errors.
• Added the ability in Lot Maintenance to move inventory from one lot item to another lot item.
• Made changes so lot control functions properly if the item is setup as LB,LB,LB and it is a catchweight item.
• Added the Item ID to the Lot Inquiry/Selector screens and added filter capabilities to the Lot Selector screen.
• Took off requirement on Inventory Transactions that would stop you from making Receipts or Withdrawals if there were assigned lots to orders.
• Created two new purchasing reports - Item Vendor Summary and Item Vendor Detail; to show which vendors items have been purchased from and when.
• Created a new Customer Gross Profit report that show Customers sales by profit. This report has the new multiple selection screens built into it.
• Added a Print Button to the Item Pricing Screen and the Special Price List screen so users can print out pricelist right from entry screens.
• Added reports so user can look at Sales Order History in report format. The report mimics the Open Orders report and has the ability to show detail.
• Added the ability to enter a future cost effective date in the Future Cost Entry screen in the Pricing program. This will allow the user to set the new cost and the effective date for the prices to change.

SR2Food Release 2010.001 Delivered to Customers

SR2Software is pleased to announce our latest version of our software, version 2010.001. Included in this version are some very important and productive features. Below you find a complete overview of all the enhancements we have made to the software over the last several months and last several releases.

The biggest enhancement has been the implementation of our security subsystem. You will now be able to control the areas of our software that your users can access.

New Subsystems
• Full User based security both at the menu and the program levels.

Enhancements
• Lot Costing Report to show profitability on a per lot basis.
• SR2Food now allows you to link special pricing between different customers using the Special Price Customer field on the Customer Maintenance credit tab.
• Purchase Receipt Report/Worksheet so your receiver on your dock can accurately record incoming product.
• We added the ability to get an Inventory Reorder Report by adding an option to the Inventory Stock Status report. Used in conjunction with the re-order point field on the Item Maintenance general tab you can now be notified when inventory has been depleted below your re-order thresholds.
• Customer Price Report with options to show pricing of items yours customers most often buy from you.
• SU Quantity Count on Purchase Orders
• Total Quantity Count on Buy Sheet
• New Invoice logo option of “BIG”. Now you can use the entire area of the top of an invoice for your logo and company name in one big logo file. Note: Must set company name parameter to “NO”
• Added Vendor Contact Name and Phone to database and refresh from QuickBooks.
• Show Vendor contact name and phone on purchase order header
• Pick tickets now print in reverse stop sequence
• Inventory transaction report showing all sales, purchases and inventory transactions
• One word filter capability in inventory lot selector and inquiry screens
• One word filter capability in sales order on the order guides tab
• Notes printing on purchase order now
• Update items & customers to QuickBooks before any other transactions are processed through our QB Server
• Option to show broken prices on customer price list print
• Expanded font size on price list for customer and individual price list
• Added option to the invoice register to print a short ship report at the end of the invoice register process. Short ship report shows all items that had a different ship quantity from the order quantity
• Add Category range on customer price lists. You can now print a price list of just one category or a range of categories. Useful to create “specials” price lists.
• New parameter on the company setup to control default sales order quantity that appears when you are entering item lines in sales orders.
• New option to “Receive in Full” all non-lot, non-catch weight items in purchase order receipt process. You no longer have to step through each item receipt if you don’t want to.
• New parameter on the company setup to control lot selector/inquiry refresh time in minutes

SR2Food Release 2009.015 delivered to customers

SR2Software delivered the promised release 2009.015 to its customer based last week. SR2Software technical personnel begain uploading and installing the new release last week. During the upgrade technicians activated some new features to help eliminate issues with information flowing to and from QuickBooks.

SR2Software starts the New Year off with a new release

Happy New Year to all. SR2Food begins the new year with a new release. Version 2009.015 contains some nice new features and enhancements. It will be delivered to existing customer in the coming weeks. Release notes and documentation changes will also be available next week.
