New subsystems
- Open AR subsystem; so Customer's Open Accounts Receivable can be viewed inside SR2Food. Credit Warning screen will also show the Open AR if customer is over their credit limit.
Fixes
- Fixed issue with Customer Item Comments coming into Sales Order and user not being able to modify without first highlighting remarks.
- Fixed Export in Master Pricelist program. Cost Column was not going into Excel.
- Fixed problem with Lot Control in Sales Order Entry related to Items setup as CS,LB,CS.
- Fixed lot committed screen so broken items calculate the available correctly.
Enhancements
- Added pop-up calendar to all date fields in the software.
- Created new report that lists Customers last purchase date.
- In Barcode module we added the ability to setup an Item's Barcode by simply scanning the product Bar Code.
- Created a new Inventory report to show dead inventory. This new Dead Inventory report is located on the item menu.
- Added a company setup switch that gives the user the ability to select whether they want valid invoices to flow to QB when an Invoice Register is run or to stop the process if there are errors. An Exception report will print if you decide to let them flow to QB even if you have Invoices with errors.
- Added the ability in Lot Maintenance to move inventory from one lot item to another lot item.
- Made changes so lot control functions properly if the item is setup as LB,LB,LB and it is a catchweight item.
- Added the Item ID to the Lot Inquiry/Selector screens and added filter capabilities to the Lot Selector screen.
- Took off requirement on Inventory Transactions that would stop you from making Receipts or Withdrawals if there were assigned lots to orders.
- Created two new purchasing reports - Item Vendor Summary and Item Vendor Detail; to show which vendors items have been purchased from and when.
- Created a new Customer Gross Profit report that show Customers sales by profit. This report has the new multiple selection screens built into it.
- Added a Print Button to the Item Pricing Screen and the Special Price List screen so users can print out pricelist right from entry screens.
- Added reports so user can look at Sales Order History in report format. The report mimics the Open Orders report and has the ability to show detail.
- Added the ability to enter a future cost effective date in the Future Cost Entry screen in the Pricing program. This will allow the user to set the new cost and the effective date for the prices to change.
